Blossoms By The Park, located along Slim Barrack Rise and bounded by North Buona Vista Rd. It’s a brand new private mixed use residential cum commercial development developed by EL Development. This 99-year leasehold site land size is 7,957 sqm or 85,648.4 sqft. The Blossom By The Park is within 10 mins walk to One North MRT Station & Buona Vista MRT Station.

According to the URA announcement on 11 Oct 2021, EL Development submitted the top bid for Parcel A at $320.1 million or $1,246 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). Both land parcel, Slim Barrack Rise Parcel A (Blossom By The Park) & Parcel B are part of JTC Corporation’s continued efforts to inject more residential spaces in the one-north estate.

In April 2021, One North Eden sold 85% (140 out of a total of 165 units) during the weekend its launch. with prices of units sold ranging from $1,800 psf to $2,250 psf. During the preview stage, more than 1,200 expressions of interest were received, meaning the 165-unit project was 7.3 times subscribed.

EL Development Pte Ltd is a real estate development and investment company based in Singapore. It first started as a small business unit within one of Singapore’s leading builders, Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd and was incorporated as a separate company in 2007. In late 2006, the company achieved success in its first high end residential project, Rhapsody on Mount Elizabeth, with the project selling out in merely 6 weeks. In early 2007, the company launched its first industrial development, Nordix, a multi-user strata titled terrace factories in Woodlands, and also achieved excellent results with the project sold out within a period of 2 months.
